We schedule harvesting, processing, freezing and transportation in order to minimise the time to supply the freshest product available for the market. Our operations are designed efficiently to deliver the better quality, taste and improved food safety to our customers.
The time between harvesting and processing has to be limited to the minimum. Therefore we use the best freezing and processing equipment from international manufacturers, together with trained personnel to achieve the effectiveness. Our facilities process 400 tons of products per month in chilled, frozen and fillet forms.
